Miss Independent Broke Her Arm!

What happens when one of your best buddies falls off the jungle gym and breaks her arm?

You write a nice little note inside a card...

...and you pick out some beautiful flowers...

...and then you hand deliver them to her house!!

PQ and Miss Independent (she was born on the 4th of July) are really close. Miss Independent is quite smitten with PQ...and I think he's just as smitten with her. They are inseperable at school and if you recall, they were on the same soccer team and she is currently on our T-Ball team as well.

She recently brought home a drawing about PQ that she made at school. She drew a very detailed picture of PQ giving her flowers. Although it looked like they were eating ice cream, Miss Independent quickly confirmed to her mother that PQ was indeed giving her flowers! The picture had hearts upon more hearts that surrounded the two kids. (It looks like Miss Independent had a wish come true today after PQ delivered flowers to her house.)

I told Miss Independents mother to hold on to that picture...you just never know how the story will unfold later in life.

In the mean time, we hope that she's feeling better soon!
