PRECORDIAL CATCH SYNDROME...a pretty large sounding diagnosis, isn't it?
PQ has been having chest pains for the past 3 days. Off and on throughout the day.
This afternoon, I took PQ to the doctors to be examined.
His heart sounded 'perfect', which is great news!
His doctor thinks that he has Precordial Catch Syndrome (PCS).
PCS is a type of growing pain that kids typically grow out of during the teen years.
The doctor ordered a chest x-ray to rule out any other conditions so PQ was thrilled with the photo opp...
He did a great job standing still for the x-rays!
We should have more information on Monday. I'll keep you posted.
